The Unwritten Rules of a Good Live Room

A live room is a shared space, not a vending machine. The performer sets the tone, the boundaries and the pace.

Read before requesting

Room subjects, pinned notes and tip menus exist for a reason. Starting with a demand that ignores them is a quick way to make yourself unwelcome.

Attention is not ownership

A performer replying to you does not create an obligation to continue, move off-platform or reveal private information. Accept a no once and without argument.

Tip intentionally

Tip for time, attention or entertainment you actually value. Set a personal budget before entering and never spend money needed for bills, food or debt payments.

Do not record or redistribute

Publicly visible does not mean free to copy. Follow the platform rules and respect the performer’s control over their work.

Leave cleanly

Not every room will suit you. Leaving without insults, pressure or disruption is part of being a good guest.
